Frequently Asked Questions

  • I am now unable to attend - can I get a refund?

    Refunds will only be available up to two weeks prior to the conference date.

  • Can I just show up on the day of the conference?

    We do need you to register ahead of time as the venue requires final numbers two weeks prior to the event date.

  • How can I get the course material?

    The material will be available on this website at the conclusion of the conference, unless it is available earlier.

  • Can I attend virtually?

    Unfortunately we are unable to offer virtual attendance, for cost reasons and because we love to see you in person!

  • What CPD credits do I get for this conference?

    As soon as we have verification from the law society the CPD credits for each program will be listed on this website.

  • I want to attend a full day program but can only attend half – what amount do I pay?

    Given that the cost of the conference is very reasonable, we do not have half day pricing unless the program itself is a half day program.

  • Sponsors – will I have an electrical outlet?

    This is not guaranteed unless you SPECIFICALLY request this on your registration page.  Also we do have to plan the floorplan and provide this information to the venue ahead of time.

  • I have dietary restrictions, what should I do?

    We make every attempt to ensure that dietary needs are met.  Please make sure you SPECIFICALLY note same on your registration page.
